Biography
Militia Man Marten Van Deusen served with New York Militia during the American Revolution.
102 MARTEN VAN DEUSEN, the son of Robert VanDeusen and Christiana Roorbach of Livingston; b at Claverack, bp at Kinderhook, Jan. 29, 1737; m at Livingston, N.Y., Nov. I, 1764, Elizabeth Oostrander; b at Rhinebeck, N. Y. He served in the Eighth, Albany Co. Mil., during the Rev. War. He d May 28, 1815 (25?)[1]
In addition to the 11 documented children, WILLIAM W.[1] has yet to be proven.
