1. There are two David Waufords in DeKalb about the same age David Tillman Warford son of Benjamin Warford and his nephew David Warford son of Samuel Warford
2. Florence was not seen on the 1910 census, so it is expected she likley passed way by then in Tennessee
3. He is frequently seen with the middle name Tillman, but it has only been seen on the 1870 Census.
4. The death certificate and birth certificate confirm he is the father of Oscar, and and he seen on the 1900 census with David and Frankie. And Oscar and Freddie are not mentioned in David's obituary - perhaps an adoption? more to sort out.

David Tillman^[1] Wauford was born in DeKalb County, Tennesssee^[2] on the 9th of October, 1854^[3] to Benjamin Warford^[3] and Sarah Crook^[3]

He would marry Sabrie Johnson on the 8th of October, 1885 in DeKalb County, Tennessee^[5] and they would have:

He later married Francis Davis on the 19th of Apr 1896 in DeKalb County, Tennessee^[8] and they would have:

DAVE WARFORD, 75, IS ILLNESS VICTIM^[14]

Final rites were observed this afternoon for Dave Warford, 75, who died at he home of his daughter on Water street Sunday morning following an illness of two weeks.

The funeral was conducted at the home by the Rev. O.L. Nolen and the remains taken to Gassaway for burial by Woodfin & Moore.

Mr. Warford is survived by a daughter of Murfreeboro and a son, Bill Warford of Liberty, Tennessee.
