I am male born in 1996, who is continuing and expanding the genealogical work of my maternal grandfather. My parents were United States Foreign Service, so I grew up in several other countries besides the one on my passport.

I sent you a message a couple of weeks ago on behalf of the Germany Project and have not yet heard back from you. I hope you are well!
If I don’t hear back from you by the end of April, I will assume you no longer wish to be a member of the Germany Project and I’ll go ahead and remove you from our member roster. You are, of course, welcome to rejoin at any time via our G2G sign-up post.
Best wishes,
Traci ~ Germany Project co-leader
The Germany Project Leaders are doing their semi-annual check-in with all project members and we want to verify that you’re still interested in being a member of the Project. Please respond by private message and let me know.
Are you currently working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? If not, take a look at our main Project page for a full list. We recently launched a new Profile Improvement Team and are seeking new team members. Let me know if you’re interested.
We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions, please ask. We would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!

On behalf of the Germany Project, I am currently undergoing our member check-in's and wanted to verify that you are still interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? We have many new teams so have a look on the Germany project page for the full list. I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!
We use Google groups for project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup, please submit a join request and we will get that approved as quickly as possible. We also ask that you check your followed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (GERMANY) so you don't miss any discussions in G2G.
We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hardwork. If you have any questions please ask. I would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project!

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.
If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

You are now a confirmed member of WikiTree! Thank you for volunteering.
Have fun getting to know your ancestors, and ask for help if you need it! WikiTree members love to help fellow genealogists. :-)
You can also join the conversation about the Question of the Week!! This week were asking Do you know how, why, or after whom your birth name was chosen?
If you need some one-on-one help, dont hesitate to contact our Mentors Project. Our volunteer mentors will be glad to help you learn how to use Wikitree.
See you in the branches --
Julie
The initial email from us has helpful links that will get you started on WikiTree, which is not like any genealogy site youve ever used.
WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we all work together as a BIG collaborative team!
What brings you to WikiTree? Do you have research youd like to share? Are you interested in how your family fits into the big tree? You will soon get an email from us that will have some great links to get you started on WikiTree. When you confirm your email address, youll have an option to volunteer to add new information to WikiTree. At that time you may also be asked to add tags to your profile. (Tags are surnames, locations, concepts, etc. that you'd like to track.) .Once you volunteer, myself or another one of our Greeters will be happy to confirm your membership, and youll be on your way!
Welcome to the family! Were really glad youre here.
