Profile on DD Project Report due to Prefix (711-Separators in Prefix and 714-Wrong word in Prefix) because:

Data in Prefix: (Widow)

The Prefix field is for a name prefix or title such as Mrs, Sir, Dr, Gov, Sgt, etc. That fact that she was a widow should be included in the Biography section of the profile and removed from the Prefix field.

Thanks, and if you have any questions ... Martha

Regarding your question:

Where would I find the code for the Norwegian ø?

FamilySearch.org answers the following: Norway: Typing Æ, Ø, and Å https://familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/Norway:_Typing_%C3%86,_%C3%98,_and_%C3%85

You can cut and paste any lowercase and uppercase accented characters for any document or WikiTree page to save in your scratch pad on your “My Navigation Home Page”. From the scratch pad, you can cut and paste those characters into any other document or WikiTree data field.

Hey Rut,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards .

If you need to describe an event, heirloom or a location relevant to your research, try Free Space Profiles .

If you run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving these unfortunate situations.

A project of note is the Global Family Reunion check it out at Global Family Reunion.

Questions? Ask via my profile page. Mags

Excellent thank you Rut,

You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree. If you need any help getting started check out the help section from the menu, top left, or head over to the G2G forum and take a minute to introduce yourself in the Tree House, you might also want to check out the introductory WikiTree video that a member created. Our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any. Welcome! Gilly

In 1987 I saw an announcement on a castle fortress inviting family members to a reunion. Two months later, a cousin came to visit and brought me to meet my great grandmother's nephew who presented me with the family tree. With quite a lot of effort and help from my professor I translated the document into English. Working with a freeware database I put the information on the computer. As always one question led to another and I discovered the federal archives. Now I am rebuilding again from memory so please research my information. I look forward to working in the system and agree with the principle of the mission and the 9 rules
