This John seems to be a little confused. A John Saunders-419 came in the Confidence. A different [[Saunders-6518|John Saunders left a will in Salem. As far as I know neither of these Johns was the father of James. James' father is unknown according to families of Salisbury . The history of Haverhill p. 207 in the footnote : "John Sanders, the first of that name in this town, was from Weeks, in the Parish of Dainton, County of Wilts, England. He made his will in 1670. The above-named James, was, we believe, a son to the first John." This History also has some confusion. There isn't a will on record 1670 for John Sanders. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C9Y5-1ZKG?i=112&cat=412735 James' is in the index. The John was was from Dainton, Wilts. left New England in 1654. His children were recorded in Salisbury and Newbury, He didn't have a James.

Anyway James should be disconnected.

Saunders-6518 and Saunders-8630 appear to represent the same person because: Let's try this again; I've generalized the birth info on 6518. As these both represent the husband of the same woman, they need to be merged; all other data is the same. Note: we will need source for the origins on 8630.

Saunders-8630 and Saunders-6518 do not represent the same person because: John Saunders was from Buckinghamshire not Wiltshire

NOTE - parents should probably be removed based on sources provided, but rest of detail is the same.

So I'm thinking the Ancestry trees took John of Buckinghamshire and gave him wife, Elizabeth Grafton, who is really married to a man in Massachusetts. Also seems they've borrowed the Massachusetts guy's alleged parents, (They aren't really the Massachusetts guys parents.) This needs to be reconciled. Objections to my disconnecting incorrect wife and parents?

I've done some looking. the son: a John Sanders was born this day in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire to John Sanders and unnamed wife. "England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:J3F5-PHC : 11 February 2018, John Sanders, 07 Jan 1640); citing , index based upon data collected by the Genealogical Society of Utah, Salt Lake City; FHL microfilm 919,220. There are several marriages for this John that would fit search

I would suggest you check your unsourced family tree. Start with the son of this profile. His birthplace is inconsistent with John and Elizabeth Kitchin whose son was born in Salem, Massachusetts. Did he have a father John? What was the birth and death of that John? Who was his wife? the mother of Saunders-8629?
posted on Saunders-8630 (merged) by Anne B
Saunders-8630 and Saunders-6518 are not ready to be merged because: There's a mess up here. The sons John are not the same people. John son of -8630 was b. in England and has a different wife.

Saunders-8630 and Saunders-6518 appear to represent the same person because: b & d similar. same wife.
I am totally amazed at the work you've done on these various John Sanders/Saunders. I will make the changes that you recommend, and then I think you should take charge of these profiles to keep them untangled.

Now that I cautiously believe I have the various John Saunders sorted out. I think this one should be disconnected from these parents. John and Alice definitely had a son John, but we don't know that John migrated and we don't know which of the several choices he was. Alice (Coles) Saunders seems to have left a legacy. There is some speculation that the son John was John m. to Hester Rolfe

Priscilla and Elizabeth were two different people and her manager is using her as Priscilla. I'll look around see if she's attachd to Kitchen and create a new one if I have to.
