Can somebody please help with the notes on the bottom (right) of the page?

I think it says something about an immoral man and a concubine. Wondering if this is my 4th great grandfather.

Well, the first part is correct. :)

1831. en omoralisk man, misstänkt och lagförd för flere brott - dömd till 28 dygns vatten och bröd och uppenbar kyrkoplikt.

An immoral man, suspected of and charged with several crimes - sentenced to 28 days of [prison, only receiving] water and bread as well as to give a public confession of his crimes during mass.
