Our goal for the Spring Clean-a-Thon is to clear out as many database suggestions as possible. To make it fun we're having teams and competing to see who can clear out the most.
It will be going for 72 hours straight, April 21-23. We're including Monday so that those who are busy on the weekend can still participate.
Just a reminder, Nor'Easters Concentrates on New England and the Canadian Maritimes, but we aren't restricted to it. Look over the current teams but keep us in mind. ;)
If any team wants a custom tab for clean-a-thon, let me know. Nor'Easters will. Southern Super Sweepers does. Canada Cleanup Crew does. Bear in mind separate tabs but shared chat. I need email addresses for people to use the chat.

If you enjoy cleaning up merges and aren't competitive, consider Team 811. We'll never make the top 10 but profiles will be so much better for our efforts.
This year will have a general team working on anything we like - the Merry Moppers! I hope you'd like to join us! I've had a request for NY records when they are posted to the various free spaces.
I will join the Nor'Easters team please.
Welcome Juha I've awarded you the badge now :) have fun !!
I'm in & will lead Team Virginia - the Virginia Spring Cleaners. West Virginia & Kentucky researchers joined us for the Source-a-Thons, and are most welcome to join us for the Clean-a-Thon too (last year our 600 tables included both Virginia and West Virginia profiles - see the 2017 Virginia Spring Cleaners page... I haven't set up for 2018 yet). Cheers, Liz
Yay Tim! Glad to have you on Team Virginia.
However, to get registered for the Clean-a-Thon, you need to post an answer to the main G2G post instead of commenting or replying to my answer.
On this page - https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/581587/will-you-participate-in-our-2018-spring-clean-a-thon-current - search for "Eowyn" (Ctrl+f Eowyn). The first "hit" should be
asked 21 hours ago in The Tree House by Eowyn Langholf G2G Astronaut (1,153,630 points)
Just below that line, aligned right, will be clickable links to answer or comment - you want to click "answer" in that row. And repeat in your answer that you're joining Team Virginia :D
Cheers, Liz
