There are still a couple of things to be resolved, when you have the time. it appears that there are two different sets of parents. I included the first set in the biography and tidied it up because they did show a child named Amey (Ann), but then there's the second set of parents and siblings. I did not take the time to edit them, but you can follow the pattern set in the first section if you wish, to make it easier to read.
The other issue is that someone has used FamilySearch family profiles, without links, as sources. They are good as starting places, but not the best of sources, such as birth or death records, land ownership, legal documents, etc.
Anyway, just wanted to touch base - let you know what I had been doing - and make a couple of suggestions to make this distant ancestor's profile as strong as possible.

Brame-1 and Brame-74 appear to represent the same person because: Brame-1 and Brame-74 appear to represent the same person because: they are the same person
Brame-1 and Brame-117 appear to represent the same person because: Brame-1 and Brame-117 appear to represent the same person because: they are the same person
I've seen alternate claims that this person is the child of Richins Brame (Brame-8) and Hannah Cheadle (Cheadle-31) who are close relations to the Chiles family in that her would be brother Richins Brame (Brame-39) imight also be married to a Susannah Chiles.
