Biography

Abigail ^[1] HAZEN was born 28 Jul 1722 in Norwich, New London, Connecticut, British Colonial America.^[2]

Abigail Hazen married Nathan Alexander Stedman in Norwich, Connecticut, on March 12, 1740, when she was 17 years old.^[3]

After Nathan's death in 1771, Abigail married William Bradford in Canterbury, Connecticut, in 1776 when she was 54 years old.

After William died in 1781, Abigail married Stephen Nott in Franklin, Connecticut, on November 11, 1789, when she was 67 years old.

Abigail Hazen died on December 14, 1804, in Franklin, Connecticut, when she was 82 years old.

Abigail Nott, widow of Stephen Nott of Ashford, Connecticut, died at Franklin, Connecticut, on 14 December 1804, ae. 84.^[4][5]

Abigail's will (written in 1794) mentions, among others, daughter Mary Winship, granddaughters "Nabby" Woodworth and Mary "Polly" Barker, great granddaughters "Polly" and Mable Woodworth.^[6]
