Victor LeBlanc was originally connected to parents Claude LeBlanc and Jeanne Dugas based on research by Bona Arsenault. [3] More recent research by Stephen White has shown that he was the son of Pierre dit Pinou LeBlanc and Françoise Landry.[1]
