Biography
Marie Anne Miraud was baptized under conditions on 28 September 1767 at the age of 4, along with 2 of her siblings Édouard and Hélène, daughter of François Miraud and of Cécile Bourque. She was identified as an Acadian, the record stating the children were born in Canaticotte en Angleterre (sic, Connecticutt in New England).[1]

She married Amable Contant is 1784 in L'Assomption [3]
Amable Contant, son of Joseph Contant and of Isabelle Huboux dite Tourville, married Anne Mirau, daughter of François Mirau and of Cécile Bourg, on 10 February 1784 in L'Assomption.[4]
No evidence of any children from her marriage.[5]
Death
Marie Anne Amirau, widow of Amable Content, died on 31 December 1831 and was buried on 2 January 1832 in Lachenaie, the record giving her 67 years of age.[6]
