I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great! Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors? Participation in a project is strongly encouraged for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Be sure to also check out our Volunteer Hub to see our projects that really need new members!

Let me know, and I can help you figure out if there's a project that might interest you. Welcome aboard, we are glad to have you!

Hello Robert

Thanks for joining WikiTree. I'm a Mentor available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may have about WikiTree.

How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point, and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.

Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.

If you have questions, feel free to ask me via my profile page.

My name is Robert and I am looking into my family history. I believe you don't really know who you are who you are until you know where your family have come from. My father was Raymond Ian Ward, who died is 2010. his father, Thomas Charles Stanley Ward I don't really know too much about because he would not provide too much information about it. Ive contacted my extended family to see if they can help but im also looking online. My mothers side is more informative as there is more info. ive recently married into the McCarthy Family and im also assisting my wife with her family line with some lines going back to 1700's. lets see how it goes here
