Biography

Michel HE'BERT, born around 1694 likes in Minas, son of Jean & Jeanne DOIRON. in the 1693 census, the family was listed as living in Les Mines [1], enumerated again at Les Mines in 1701 (none in between)[2] and 1707 [3]

Michel (39) married Marguerite Mius d'Azy (17) (born in Cape Sable, Acadie, Colony of Nova Scotia, daughter of Joseph & Marie AMIREAU) in 1734 in Acadie, Nouvelle-France.

Their known children were:

  1. Cyprien Hébert (about 1737 – unknown) .
  2. Joseph Nicodeme Hebert (about 1739 – unknown) .
  3. Ferdinand Hebert (about 1741 – unknown) .
  4. Magdelaine Barbe Hebert (about 1743 – unknown) .
  5. Gregoire Hebert (about 1745 – unknown) .
  6. Magloire Hebert (about 1747 – unknown) .
  7. Geneviève Hebert (about Mar 1750 – about 1774)

He was buried (Port Lajoie Register) 22 Apr 1751, age 57 years, parents were named.[4]
