I just noticed that you have quite a few profiles that are missing birth dates and/or represent individuals born over 200 years ago. These profiles should be set to Open privacy and if you have any information for them, it would be appreciated if you could add it.
If you would like to help out in other areas, the opportunities can be found at Volunteers Needed.
If you havent found us already, WikiTree is active on many Social Sites. We also have a blog with news of WikiTree events and further ideas from WikiTree members.
If you have any questions, I can be contacted via my profile page.
I'm Eowyn, a WikiTree Mentor and Team Member. Our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person. The farther back in your tree, the more likely you will find duplicate profiles to link into, so it's a good idea to do a search before you create a new profile. Try to add an estimated date and place of birth, at the very least, a country, for each person. This helps in searches. Last but not least, try to source each profile as you go.
It's a pleasure to welcome you to WikiTree. You now have full access to all the features of WikiTree.
Please add quality sourced information to your profiles which is extremely important. Estimate if you aren't sure about birth or death dates. By doing so you searches will be more productive and helping expand your branches. Also, this aids WikiTree Arborists in finding duplicates. *Most importantly check for duplicates before adding new profiles.* Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance. Thanks for your desire to help us improve our mission! Regards, Michelle

Hi Gabriele, I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Our process here is a little different than what you might find on other sites because of our goal of growing one worldwide tree with a single profile for each individual. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful. You might also want to check out our Before You Import a GEDCOM help page. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
How To Use WikiTree is a good place to start. It is a step-by-step-guide to WikiTree basics. Our G2G Forum is searchable or you can post a question there. The Help Index is also an important place to find how to do most tasks.
If you would like to contribute your family's tree and you agree with our Honor Code (click the link to it in the drop-down menu in "Help" at upper right), volunteer here on your profile by typing a message with something referencing the Honor Code and sharing and we would be glad to add you to our WikiTree community.
