I'm interested very broadly in genealogy, genetics, and evolution. I do have a list of specific surname tags that i'm following, which should be visible from this page. One surname that is not listed is Morgan. This is because there are so many Morgans and so much Morgan editing on WikiTree. My mom was a Morgan. Her dad was Robert Carl Morgan (1873-1930). His parents were Andrew (or Andy) Morgan (b. ~1823) and Mary Ann Joiner (b. ~1832). I would like to learn anything i can about them (he was a volunteer for Tennessee in the war at age 38). They had four children together: Lee Andrew Morgan (1865-1939), Mahalie Caroline Morgan Knight (1865-1953), my granddad, and John Calvin Morgan (1876-1968). Note that the oldest two were not twins, but born at opposite ends of 1865

Thanks Peggy.

I have a plan which i am very slowly executing. The first step is to create entries for all my dad's brothers and sisters (8 of them), which i have done, and the second step is to create entries for all my mom's brothers and sisters (8 or possibly 9 of them), which i have not started yet. After i stub them out, then i'll try to determine what else i can do, and better use the facilities that wikitree has developed.
