P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.

Thanks for signing the Honor Code! I hope you discover as much about your family as I have about mine over the last several years. I notice that you have not added any green tags to your profile, tags do help you link into the community and to those who have an interest in the same surnames or countries.  You can have up to 20 tags, I would suggest you add your surname

Also, add your mother and grandmother's maiden surnames as tags and a country of origin.  Tags become clickable links to others researching those names, or places, that you are interested in. They also control what is included in the family activity emails from WikiTree. For better results, consider editing your tags somewhat.  You can find more information about tags here: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Tags.

PS If you add your surname and other surnames/locations you are researching to your tags, you can connect to other members researching those names/places. The more of these clickable tags you add (20 max.) that include surnames, locations, periods of history or other genealogical interests, the more connections you will make and maybe find a few cousins!
