Biography

Sarah is a daughter of Nicholas Pearsall (Parcell). Nicholas was a signer of the Flushing Remonstrance, and a significant citizen of Flushing. I am uncertain on proper birth location. at date of Merge Jun 2017 it was listed as Queens County, Flushing was chartered very shortly after 1645 estimate of birth.

Sarah is called daughter Sarah Embree in her father Nicholas's will dated 10 March 1689/90 in New York. Her son Robert Embree is names as Sarah's son and a grandson of Nicholas the testator. [1]

Marriage estimate to John Embree is about 1666, only have secondary genealogy estimates.

Sarah's mother is more likely the "Sarah" (no surname) mentioned in father Nicholas' will, unless anyone can present evidence to the contrary (e.g. that Nicholas was indeed married to Mary van Damm). None has been made available so far.

I don't know exact reason. I have changed it to a merge proposal. Pearsall-65

My note is below about these being same. I propose that with Pearsall-64 done, the managers of Sarah will OK a merge quickly. Father has now been merged. I am a manager on the father but not Sarah

Parcell-2 and Pearsall-65 appear to represent the same person because: these are the same person. See my notes alongside profile of father Pearsall-65. I am one of managers of the father.

What's the reason for the Unmerged match, please?

Let me quickly jump in here for a minute.

Regarding Pearsall-154& Pearsall-65 Yes they are obvious to me as same person. HOWEVER. more complexity. See the Profile for Sarah Parcell-2 aka Purcel. this is also the same person.

the husband for Sarah should be John Embree-15, that isn't on either of these, and the children "roughly" are those on Parcell-2 Complexity for the father: It is Nicholas, but there are duplicates. Pearsall-64, and Purcell-317 that last one I picked up as an orphan earlier this year. and haven't done anything on it. It can disappear but you have a web of siblings and children to match up with parents. I don't have time in next few weeks to do any thing properly. maybe you can get help from others. Pearsall,"Parcell Purcel Purcell", Embree Thorne are very Very Imp
