Sawler-42 and Seiler-296 appear to represent the same person because: Same person; son of Heinrich Sr., married Clattenburg' Birth date uncertain but likely c.1745

Hello,

Do you know when and on what ship Johann cane to Nova Scotia? I cannot find his name on any ship passenger list. Thank you.

The multiple spellings make this harder to sort out than maybe it should. The link here in Bell pg. 498 is for the Sauer family, not this family. Johan Heinrich Seiler is found on pg. 543 - https://archive.org/details/registerofforeig0002bell/page/543/mode/1up?q=seiler&view=theater

There were two J Heinrich's, Senior born 1724 and Junior, likely born c. 1745. Senior died shortly after their arrival and this profile is for Junior. The family arrived on the 1752 sailing of the Gale. The RootsWeb list shows him as Zugler - https://sites.rootsweb.com/~canns/lunenburg/shiplist5.html But according to Bell, the original list spelled it Zeyler.

This man has a duplicate, Seiler-296 with the more likely birth estimate. These will need to be merged, as will the profiles for his wife.

Corrected the page number on Bell in above - it was page 543, not 654.
