1882: Eunice was born on the 25th of November 1882 in Southwark, Surrey, England to William and Amy Schmitt[1]. She was baptised on the 28th of January 1883 at St George the Martyr, Southwark, Surrey, while her parents were living at 119 Great Suffolk Street, Borough (of Southwark)[2]. Her father was a baker.
1913: On October the 13th, 1913, Eunice set sail for Fremantle, Western Australia, Australia on board the Orama. She travelled 3rd class steerage and was to be a domestic servant[3] [4]. The Orama arrived in Fremantle on the 11th of November 1913[5].
1919: Eunice married Alfred Free in the Registry Office at Northam, Western Australia on the 8th of October 1919[4]. [6].Alfred was a widower with 3 daughters, Emma Louise (Mrs Arthur Darcy), Alice Eliza, May Victoria and a son Charles William Alfred Free. Both Alfred and Eunice were living in Waeel, Western Australia at the time of their marriage.
1946: Eunice's husband Alfred passed away on the 22nd of January 1946 at Beverley, Western Australia[7].
1958: Eunice passed away on the 14th of July 1958 at Mandurah, Western Australia and was survived by all their children.
