The purpose of this team is:

To have a group of people who weigh in on which profiles should be project managed within the Nordic countries and also oversees the profiles managed by the country sub-projects and Early Scandinavia project.

What do members of this team do?

This team discuss and helps make decisions for:
  • Living Notables under project management
  • Controversial profiles that may need Profile Project Protection (PPP)
  • Keeping an eye on Project Box usage
  • Adopting profiles, if/when necessary
  • Liaise with the existing Profile Managers
  • Maintains a spreadsheet for Project Managed Profiles, updating progress on spreadsheet
  • Works on the Project data errors for the project managed profiles
This team will also function as guidance counsel for team members in the VIP Team (Very Important Profiles Team) or any other Nordic team member who works on project managed profiles of the Nordic countries.

Members;

This team consists of Nordic Project Leaders, the PCs for each of the country sub-projects, and the PCs for Early Scandinavia Project.

Project Managed Profiles

The Nordic Project oversees the profiles managed by the country sub-projects and Early Scandinavia project. Each profile should be managed by the specific project it belongs to, as well as having Nordic Project on the Trusted List.

That way, there will be both a list of profiles with project boxes for each specific sub-project as well as a list of all those profiles gathered together by adding the Nordic Project to the TL. Any comments added to a profile with Nordic Project on the TL will also be sent to the Nordic Project Google group.

There is a complementary spreadsheet containing (hopefully) all the profiles managed by each sub-project that can be used for noting which profiles needs work, priority of said work, and which ones are "done" (and could be used as "example profiles").

  • Project Boxes
    • Project Box List - lists all pages and profiles with a specific project box added to them.
    • Project Box Status Report - a status report relating to the project box of a project. Except for number 8 which is for ALL project boxes, ignore that one.
All of the profiles with a project box should also have corresponding project as manager, if not it will create an error. Sometimes, WT members accidently use the project box instead of a sticker. Any such errors will show up in the ProjectBox Report for each sub-project and should be taken care of.
