There have recently been some updates to the Pre-1700 Profile help page and a minor update to the Pre-1700 Quiz which you took in 2014. Please review both and let me know if you have any questions or concerns. You will notice that the wording has been modified to more fully explain the sourcing needed for pre-1700 profiles.

Those words on Ellis come from my mother's words in Family Tree Maker. I copied them in here but I see Patterson is part of this union. Yes, I have Patterson Family Bible. It is wrapped in acid-free paper for years. I have yet to get the guts to open it up but I will do so soon and let you know what I find! :-)

Sheila,I have not forgotten about Anna.Keith Cook was kind enough to help.So far still no info about her parents.I will keep trying.Anna may be may be short Hanna or Susanna etc.I did not respond in the G2G because I did not want people to think we had it covered.Have you tried the Rich family association? They are a great organization and can be very helpful.Good luck I will keep trying.
