Hendrickson-69 and Hendricks-305 appear to represent the same person because: It looks to me as if Margaret is just another sloppy gedcom copy of Grietje, and so should be merged away into the NNS PPP. No tree conflicts. If agreed to merge, add nickname Margaret. Thanks!
Yes, you can see from the Comments below that this has been a very difficult lineage, and matches came with some very faulty imported attachments and ancestor names.
So the organization of it as it currently exists is the best that we could do, so far, to handle the merge mess.
But it now needs study, validation, and sourced correction, if possible.
The prior matches all seem to have pulled from the same faulty derivative source, via Ancestry. So we need to go to primary documents now.
Harmensen-16 and Hendricks-305 appear to represent the same person because: This is now the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge. No tree conflicts. I saved the alternate data to the bio. Thanks!

This Grietje Harmensen-9 was imported as attached to the wrong father, Hendrick Harmensen-11 born 1610, and his correct father should instead probably be Hendrick's father Hendrik Harman.
This appears to be a generational error in the source, as it appears in all of the matches for the children. So I will plan to move all of the older children to that older generation Hendrik, born 1590, since none of those children make sense as son of Hendrick born 1610, who married in 1639.

On further thought, the lineage in the tree appears to be consistently wrong in the source, so I think it will be best at this point to simply leave it intact, and first merge down the duplicates, where the stated attached parents do not conflicts. And then work out the correct lineage and dates later, when better information comes in.
