His birth year is unknown. J. Ninian Beall estimated it as 1669 [2] and Field M. M. Beall estimated it as 1674. [3]
His 1669 birth year is estimated from his majority in 1689 to secure the Kaverton Edge land survey.
1689 Kaverton Edge
In 1689, he secured a land survey and patent for Kaverton Edge from his father. This was a 500 acre parcel in Prince Georges County [4]. Since land patents were not issued to minors, Ninian had to be have been born before 1671, and most likely about 1669. [5]

From: WALTER BIGGER of Calvert County, gent., son of JOHN BIGGER of Patuxent River.
To: WILLIAM SELBY of P. G. Co. Price: 100 pounds sterling Property:
All the remaining 350 acres of a tract called "To Good" on the west side of Patuxent River; bounded by land formerly laid out for Mr. CHRISTOPHER ROUSBY called "Croome," by land of ROBERT RIGLEY called "Timberly" and "Generals Gift."
This was part of a 450 acre tract in Calvert County, now P. G. County, granted to JOHN BIGGER, 1 August 1672, and by him bequeathed to WALTER BIGGER in a will dated 12 November 1675; 100 acres of the tract had been conveyed to JONATHAN PRATER; JOHN BIGGER, eldest son of JOHN BIGGER, late of said County, released all his right and claim to the said 350 acres to the said WILLIAM SELBY with witnesses ROB'T SKINNER, WILLIAM HEAD, and WILLIAM BARTON. JAMES BIGGER, second son of JOHN BIGGER, late of Calvert County, likewise released all his right and claim to this lot with witnesses JOHN MURTH (mark), and WILLIAM BARTON.
In 1703 he married Elizabeth Magruder , born say 1685, daughter of Samuel Magruder who himself was born say 1663, and his wife Sarah, born say 1668.

In 1708 Ninian was executor for his brother Thomas.
1710 Will and Death
Ninian Beall, Jr, died in 1710. His will was written November 10, 1710, and proved the following January 6 (1710/11) [8][9][1]
He predeceased his father, Ninian Sr, who died in 1717. Ninian Sr named his grandchildren Mary and Samuel, Ninian Jr's children, in his own will, "to be brought up according to their station."
Widow's Remarriage
After Ninian's death, his widow married "her kinsman" [10] William Beall, son of Alexander Beall, Immigrant.

Mary, born say 1708, married her first cousin Capt James Edmonston of Prince Georges County, son of Jane Beall and Col. Archibald Edmonston.
