Carmelite Emilie Boudreaux, daughter of Jean Charles Boudreaux and Marie Dorothée Comeau, was born January 19, 1803 and baptized the following February. Her birth and baptism were recorded at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana. [1]

Carmelite Emilie Boudreaux married Olivier Firmin Blanchet, son of Olivier Blanchet and Marie Ursule Faustin, on May 3, 1825. Their marriage was recorded at St. John’s Cathedral in Lafayette, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. [2]
