Hi Terry,

It has been a couple of weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the Southern Colonies Project. I am following up to make sure you wish to remain a member.

If I missed your reply, very sorry. I understand that interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent to the branches they are currently building. If this is the case for you, please let us know.

If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things for the moment and remove you from the project. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction.

Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it.

Hi Terry,

On behalf of the US Southern Colonies Project leaders, I am doing a six-month check-in with members to see what aspects of the project interest them most.

1) We would like to learn the number of contributions you have made in the last two months (May and April) to Southern Colonies?

2) We would like to know if you have joined other Southern Colonies Subprojects, such as Southern Pioneers Project. Or have you worked on other subprojects?

3) Your activity in Southern Pioneers Project.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz, Terry!

Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, coordinating with others is essential.

Based on your contributions, I suggest for your ancestors: US Southern Colonies Project which covers early Virginia, Carolinas, Maryland, and Georgia and even New Spain colonies — leaders to contact are Paula J and Mags Gaulden

Or use the Pre-1700 Projects list to review other possibilities.

Questions? Just ask on my page.

Hi

You've been a member for about a week so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions? Most of us have questions after all that information!

I want to help! Click my name, send me a private message or ask in the comment section of my page. Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.

Cindy ~ WikiTree Messenger

PS To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.

Welcome Terry!

I am happy to welcome you as a full member to the WikiTree community! To help save you time, energy and frustration, please start with our New Member How-To pages.

Click the green Tag on your profile page, you'll see others following the same things you are researching. The more Tags you add that include locations, periods of history or other genealogical interests, the more links to the community research options.

Please ask if you have any questions as I am always happy to help!
