Thanks for adding me to the Trusted List for Christopher Beeks and Catharine Barnes. I'm descended from their daughter Nancy in this manner: Nancy Beeks (1788-1847) > George Washington May (1817-1894) > Adam Fenton May (1861-1928) > Fausta Iona May (1887-1962) > Henry Lloyd Rogers, Jr (1924-1996) > Jan Annette Rogers > Me. Thanks again.
It is good to meet a fifth cousin! I will give you my data as well.

Thomas James Beeks(1792-1855) Belmont Co., Ohio > Catherine Elizabeth Beeks ( 1826-1895) Sewelsville, Belmont Co., Ohio > Cynthia Eudora Sheppard (1860-1921) Kirkwood Township, Belmont County, Ohio > Walton Ellis Groves (1880-1963) Barnesville, Belmont County, Ohio > Nada Ruth Groves (1922-2009) born in Belmont Co., Died in Columbus, Ohio, Me. I've raised a question in G2G about the profile of Sybil Scudamore as I have considerable concerns about it. Perhaps you would care to join the conversation.
Hi Richard, Thanks for proposing the merge between Mary French (French-4023) and Mary Meeres (French-1101). They are definitely the same person, however there is a third profile with of the same person French-344. Merges have already been proposed 4023 into 344 and 1101 into 344. We try at WikiTree to merge into the lowest number with the correct Last Name at Birth (LNAB). It's important for that reason to double check that there aren't more of the same person by doing a People:Search in the Find drop down menus or some other matching method, before proposing merges. When I first started there were about 8 duplicates of General Israel Putnam. Good thing I checked. Thanks again, the French merges look as though they are going to have to wait the full 30 days. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays
As the manager for your profile, you can recommend merging douce-10 and douce-11 if you are sure they are the same individual. Once merged there will only be the one.
Hope this helps.
John
