Hi William, we are 7th cousins once removed through John Skeels Jr! Please let me know if you are interested in the Skeels Project to learn more about your ancestry.
Looked at your tree, and saw that we are related on both my parents lines. Dad thru the Skeels and Mom thru the Stewart line. My Great-Grandmother always said she was of royal blood, but until recently I was never able to "prove" a connection. If you can believe the published royal bastard lines, our Stewart line also goes back to Robert the Bruce (and beyond). And to answer your question, yes, I'd be interested in the Skeels.

Hi

If you add dates (eg. 1800's, mid 1900's etc.) and relationships (Parents, Grandparents etc) to your geographical information, it will make it easier for others to find you.

Hi William!

Welcome to WikiTree! Be sure to take a look at the link in the email you just got. It has important information to help you get started. :-)

WikiTree is different than other genealogy websites because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we share ancestors and work together as a BIG collaborative team! And it is completely FREE!

If you are interested in sharing your research and want to collaborate to add your family, first confirm your email address. Then please fill out the Tags on your profile page and click Save Tags and Volunteer.

Once you volunteer, one of our Greeters will confirm your membership, and you'll be able to add your family to the tree!

Thanks, Cindy
