Barbara Reresby as born to Lionel Reresby in Thribergh (near Rotherham) in Yorkshire^[1] and Ann Swift, daughter of Robert of Rotherham.^[2]

She married twice.

Barbara's first husband is Thomas Pilkington of Bradley (in Huddersfield), Yorkshire.^[1] They had at least the following children:^[1]
