I am so sorry, I have not been on here in forever. How can I help you?
Hi Heather,If you want to notate that you're a member of the Vernon Name Study, please use this sticker on your profile
Heather (Vernon) Haynes is a member of the Vernon Name Study Project.
rather than the ONS category. The category/sticker that you have on your profile currently, is meant for the profile that we research on.. rather than for ourselves.  :) Hopefully that makes sense.
hahaha... it posted the sticker instead of the text! (facepalm). ok, so put this on your profile, just get rid of the spaces I've added in between the brackets... { {Member|ONS|name=Vernon} }

Hello. We match 43.9cm on gedmatch. I would like to have a look at where we may match. I am related to the Vernon family ( De Vernon) etc.. England & France.

I am not sure why I did not get an email that you messaged. I am sorry I have not been on this site in quite some time. My maiden name is Vernon as you probably already know. How far back have you been able to trace your Vernon line? Which DNA test did you take?

Hi Heather,

A warm welcome to WikiTree. You are now a full member and can add your family to the big tree!

Click here to start with our New Member How-To Pages. They will save you time, energy and frustration as you add your family profiles.

Hope you enjoy WikiTree as much as I have. You never know when you will find a lost family member or ancestor. Or maybe find a hidden family secret about an ancestor. Genealogy to me is like being a detective looking for clues into the past.

Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile as the links will work from there.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm always happy to help!
