You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add Profiles to WikiTree. Once you entered your family members it is exciting to see other people finding your family profiles, asking questions, and expanding it.
If you need any help getting started check out the help section from the menu, top left, or head over to the G2G forum, you might want to check out the introductory WikiTree video that a member created.
Our Mentor Team are a friendly bunch of volunteers who will be glad to help you with specific problems if you have any.
Great to have you on board, good luck growing your branches, and thanks for offering to help with our shared tree.
Ludwig :)

May the Source Be With You ~ Bonnie Hall
We're very pleased you decided to join our community and hope you'll have great success in finding cousins with whom to collaborate. In the upper right hand corner, you'll find several drop-down-boxes that will prove very useful to you. You might review the help page before you begin this new adventure. The help pages are filled with answers to many questions you may have. For the health of our shared tree, please add documentation and sources to each profile you create. In order to make it easier to search for duplicates, it's important to add a birth or death date and place to each profile. Please estimate a date if you don't know the exact date. We hope you're experience as a WikiTreer will be very productive.
I'd like to join the community. I like the 9 rules. I have got a lot of information from my father's tree. But I can't inform much of the sources. My mother comes from Norway. I only know a little bit of her tree.
I had my first problem with sharing my own name. My family name is Munch. I got Sæther as my middle name. That is my mothers family name. Now it is my last name, and I have droped the Munch. I hope someone will tell me how to put in the information in the right way. I am using "myheritage" now.
Best regards Margrethe Sæther
