Thank you for your message.
Rather than delete the profile simply recycle it by changing the unknown first name to a name for another Vanstone, this is done on the edit side of the profile.
As she is currently attached to 3 other profile you would need to detach her from these 3 profiles first before deleting can be done
You appear to have some evidence to support her existance as the daughter and sister of the attache profiles. IT may be with a little more research you could find a first name for her.
I will take a further look at the profile tomorrow as it is late here in the UK
Please remember everything can be fixed nothing is too big a mistake and we all make what we consider mistakes at some point when building our tree
Regards Janet
Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards .
If you need to describe an event, heirloom or a location relevant to your research, try Free Space Profiles .
If you run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving these unfortunate situations.
A project of note is the Global Family Reunion check it out at Global Family Reunion.

I see you hesitated to merge the duplicates of Sarah so I initiated it. Now if you go to the upper right corner of your profile click Find>Pending Merges and then click on Merges waiting on me... You will see it and can complete it. Easy as pie :)
Cheers!
David
Thanks for joining WikiTree! As a mentor I'm here to help. If you have questions or problems with WikiTree, post a comment on my profile page or send a private message.
Our vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so look for duplicates before adding new profiles. Remember to add dates and locations. And if you have royal ancestors, contact the EuroAristo Project to see about connecting to pre-existing royal lines.
If you feel lost, start with How To Use WikiTree, and check out the Help Index.

Since you are profile manager of the two duplicate profiles, just merge the higher wiki-id into the lower numbered one. This is easily done by going to one of the two profiles and at the bottom left look for initiate merge. You can then put in the other wiki-id and click compare, to make sure you have them correct, then click merge. More in-depth info and video link are found here. If you have other problems don't hesitate to leave me a note.
Cheers!
