• The name of Willem's father is Gijsbert (from Willem's patronymic, Gijsbertsz), but "Gijsbert Gerritzoon Kroon" is a different person (married to Marrigje Frekisa de Graaf in 1757). A duplicate profile for Willem (Krom-120) added the mother (with a daughter). Gijsbert Gerritzoon Kroon (Kroon-3) was already attached through another duplicate profile for Willem. Due to the lack of any evidence as to Willem's father's name (beyond Gijsbert), and the 1757 marriage record for Gijsbert Gerritzoon Kroon and Marrigje Frekisa de Graaf (see her profile), Kroon-3 and Graaf-7 have now been removed as the parents of Willem Gijsbertsz.
