Frances (Brown) Whaley (1896-1963)
I have removed her middle initial, "H". George H. Whaley, her second husband, does indeed have a middle initial "H". But her grave memorial and the newspaper obituary included as helpful additions on her Find-a-Grave entry don;t. Nor does "my" family source which I added and for which I have included a link to her name on page 164. BUT you are likely to have accessed different and maybe better sources. Please revert my edit if, based on good sources, you believe I am wrong about this.
Thank you for thinking on it. Be well.

Re: Frances Brown Whaley (1896-1963)
Thank you for the improvements to Frances' profile. To be honest I do not remember where I found the middle initial. I might have been looking at her mother's maiden name and typed in the H.
After you mentioned her husbands, I did some research on them with no success thus far. I have not found any records of any kind for either one. I'm sure they exist just a little difficult to find.

Just a reminder that Pre-1700 Profiles require reliable sources. This generally means primary sources like birth/marriage/death/probate. Specifically, and online family tree is not a reliable source for a Pre-1700 profile. Instead, cite the primary source(s) used by that tree. Here are the United States Project Reliable Sources.
“The only marriage I'm aware John Dillion Sr. had was to Elizabeth Word who died in 1856. They married in 1803 and the marriage ended in 1843 when John died. Samuel Word was the son of John Word and China Renfro. The only marriage I'm aware he had was to Elizabeth McHargue. I think you should correct the profile to read John Dillion Sr as father and Elizabeth Word as mother. John Dillion was never married to Samuel Word. The marriage reference you show is for John Dillion Jr. and Eleanor A. Knox.

I have had a look and when I tried to complete the merge, it came up that they are an unmerged match which indicate they are 2 separate people, so the merge was rejected unfortunately the other profile manager has not been active on WT since 2017, it may be worth trying again, but I don't know who rejected the merge request

Because Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within a project coordinating them is essential. Please ensure location data matches dates of profile, avoid abbreviations, add sources with citations & links for sources to support the data. From wiki ID go to Research to find sources
The US History Project would be of interest. Adding the tag US_History will connect you
Explore Pre-1700 Projects list to find one that fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or topic please read the goals & tasks of the project

P.S. If links do not work in an email from WikiTree, try them from the comment section on your profile page.
Welcome to the WikiTree family!
WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person, which means that all members work together as a single collaborative team. The Honor Code helps keep everything functioning smoothly as we work on one BIG tree.
The initial email from us has links you can use to get started. When you confirm your email address, you'll have an option to volunteer to add information to WikiTree, beginning with tags for your own profile. Tags are surnames, locations, concepts, etc. that you'd like to track.
If you decide to volunteer, a greeter will confirm your membership, and you'll be able to add new profiles to the tree.
Carole
P.S. I'm always happy to answer questions.
