Thank you for joining us! I wanted to check in with you to see how things are going. How do you like WikiTree so far? Have the tips in the New Member How To Pages been helpful or have they left you with questions?
I see you are already discussing your unsourced profiles. They also lack an area/ country or continent. Please keep in mind that WikiTree is a global tree with one profile per person. You can not delete profiles, so it is crucial to add all information you have to them so others can find the profiles and link them. Please refer to the help pages that explain how WikiTree works. My advice: start with recent profiles, source them well, ask question and then slowly work your way back. The rules for older profiles have to be followed carefully, it is easier to first work on younger profiles therefor.

P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
(my profiles were not unsourced, but I am incorporating additional/more reputable sources to them)
Sorry, I was not claiming they were unsourced as in having no sources. But as you say: the reputability of the sources (and what others think of those sources) becomes more important with older profiles.
Thanks again for your contributions.
Michel
Thanks for your contributions to our tree.
I see that you have been adding pre-1700 profiles tonight using "Nos Origines" as your source. This is not considered an adequate source for pre-1700 Quebecois profiles. Would you please review the Quebecois Project Reliable Sources] before adding any more pre-1700 Quebecois profiles.
Thank you!
Dave
Thanks for your comment. Which specific profile are you referring to? I'll add the PRDH source.
Best,
Daniel
Looks like some have been fixed. But still -

Thanks,

It looks like the PRDH sources are unfortunately not available for those 4 individuals. Would you like me to remove them?
Best,
Daniel
Thanks for your help on this.

This should take care of the above individuals with a reputable source, I will add more if/when I find them.
Thanks!
Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!
Pre-1700 ancestors can be shared by many descendants, so collaboration is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.
The Quebecois Project may fit your research focus. If not, use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find other possibilities. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.
Have questions? Ask in the comments section of my profile.
Remember to cite reliable sources in pre-1700 profiles you manage, or edit. (See: Pre-1700 Reliable Sources).
