Sarah was born about 1617/8 at Braintree, Essex, England, a daughter of Joseph Loomis and Mary White.[2][3] She married, sometime before 28 September 1640 (date in which she is mentioned in her father-in-law's will) Nicholas Olmstead.[4] There were at least nine children from this marriage:
Sarah (Loomis) Olmstead died in 1667[2][3] presumably at Weathersfield, Hartford, Connecticut, although records have not yet been located which substantiate that location.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:
Loomis, E. (1880). The descendants (by the female branches) of Joseph Loomis: who came from Braintree, England, in the year 1638, and settled in Windsor, Connecticut in 1639. New Haven (CT): Tuttle, Morehouse and Taylor.
This may be good reference material to point to further areas for potential inquiry. I don't see any sources referenced for the material shown, though. Usually quality sources cite the sources for the information they show. The names & dates in this book may or may not be valid and should be researched further for primary sources to support the information presented.
