Research Notes

Mother of Joan

Vivian's Visitation of Devon gives the mother of Joan as being Ann Pomeroy. However, the Proof of Age of Thomas tells us directly that her mother was Nicholas' Stukeley's first wife, Thomasine Cockworthy.[3]
