Barbe married Joseph Goguen, son of Joseph Goguen and Anne Leblanc, on 27 Oct 1817 in Grande-Digue.[1][2] Witnesses on the groom's side were Hyppolite Goguen and Simon Goguen his brothers, and on the bride's side Placide Desroches her brother and Maximin Gallant her friend.
Barbe died on 4 Apr 1877 in Cocagne, New Brunswick.[3] Her age noted in the parish register was 79 years, the widow of Joseph Goguen.
