I wrote to you recently as part of the England Project's six-monthly check-in with our project members. I haven't heard back from you. I hope you are well.
If you could please drop me a quick note to confirm whether you are still interested in the project and wish to remain an active member, that would be very helpful.
If we do not hear from you within the next 2 weeks, we will assume you are no longer active in the England Project and remove you from our list of project members. You would be most welcome to re-apply to join the project at a later time by signing-up on the project’s G2G welcome post.
On behalf of the England Project, I would like to thank you for all your contributions towards the project's goals over the past year. Every English profile we improve helps!
The England Project Leaders are currently doing our six-monthly check-in with all project members.
Are you happy to with your current project team choices? Are there other teams you would like to join or become more active in?
We also welcome any feedback on things you would like to see the project do more of in the future.

I would to thank you for all your contributions towards the goals of the England Project during the past six months. We've achieved a huge amount during this period and we couldn't have done it without you and our other project members.
As the England Project Leaders, we are completing our six monthly check-in with all project members.
Are you happy to stay in your current project teams? Which teams are you most active in? Are there other teams you would like to join or become more active in?
Also, do you have any feedback on what the project is doing well and anything we could do better in the future?
Please respond to this message by posting a reply below or sending me a private message. I look forward to hearing from you.
I hope that you are well. I am well, all things considered, thank you.
I am sorry that I have not be so active during the last few months. I did take new photos in St George Churchyard and St Mary's Cemetery in Taunton, Somerset earlier in the year but have yet to do anything with them! I am still working on my Crescent One Place Study and Sarson One Name Study. Just need to plan and time manage a little better to get working on them.
I am in the Greater London and Middlesex team and also the Somerset team and I am happy to remain a part of both.
I hope that you are both well. I have not been so great to adding WikiTree profiles recently even though I have been doing lots of research on my One Place Study & One Name Study, along with photographing headstones at St George Church in Taunton.
I will take a look over the weekend and register via the link once I have taken a peak at what is involved!
I wondered if you know how I can get restarted in the Discord groups? I got a new computer and cannot seem to figure out how to join them again. Many thanks.
We are both well thanks busy with this weekly challenge, I will pick up a post from the registration feed if you decid to join us.
Regarding Discord IF you open it there should be a sign-in link if you cannot remember your password.I will send you a Private message with your details
Thank you for your message. I have been able to sign back into Discord, which is awesome...just need to remember how to use it now!
I will not sign up for the Clean-a-thon on this occasion although thank you for the invite. I just need to get back into the swing with things with my research.
It's that time of the year again: check-in time! As England Project Leaders, we like to check in with you every six months or so to see how things are progressing. Back in May, we didn't ask for a response due to the rapid emergence of Covid-19 because we understood that people's lives were changing rapidly. While we are still living in a Covid world, we do need to hear back from you this time around
First of all, how are you doing? What are you currently working on? Are you happy with the team(s) you're in, or would you like to change things up?
Secondly, we're looking for some feedback on the Google Group and our Discord server. Do you use either or both of these? If you don't use either, why not? Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve participation and collaboration, either generally or for you personally?
I hope that you are well. I am well, all things considered, thank you.

I have periodically taken part in the Google Group. I was part of the Discord server until I got a new computer and cannot seem to figure out how to rejoin it! I like the conversations that take place and that they are hubs of support and information. However, once I open my Discord, I do find that I get distracted occasionally and lose my train of thought with what I am working on!
Thank you for joining the Mighty Oaks for the Source-A-Thon (SAT). Congratulations on your work during the SAT. Its an amazing result for the Mighty Oaks, we sourced 8,887. Altogether the teams sourced a total of 57,577 profiles on wikitree. We hope you had fun while building the tree.
We are looking forward to working with you for another Thon soon.
WikiTree’s fifth annual Source-a-Thon will run from 2 to 5 October. It’s a fun way for us to team together to clean up some of WikiTree’s unsourced profiles. There’s also a variety of door prizes donated from around the genealogy community.
I’ve joined the England Project’s Mighty Oaks team and will be sourcing profiles for Somerset.
Your England Leaders are completing the six monthly check in with all team members. I wanted to thank you for your work on English Profiles and particularly your work in the Somerset and Gt. London/Middlesex teams.
These are unprecedented and difficult times, and we understand as Project Leaders that your situation may have changed somewhat in the last few months. What we are all able to/ wish to contribute on Wikitree has changed. Please let me know if you are happy with your current role and team choice or if you wish to do something additional or different. Thank you again on behalf of all the project leaders for everything you do.
Thank you for your message. I hope that you and your loved ones are well during these times.
I am happy to continue being part of the Somerset and Greater London & Middlesex teams. I have been periodically updating the profiles that I created and have enjoyed doing this. I am slowly learning more about unconnected profiles, which has been interesting.
The Global Cemeteries Project is currently undergoing our member check-in and wanted to verify that you are still active and interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Cemetery Teams? If not, is there a particular Team or area you are interested in participating with? I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!
We use Google Groups for internal project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup for access feel free to submit a join request and we will get that approved as quick as possible. We also ask that members check their follwed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (CEMETERIES) so you don't miss any disucssions in G2G.
Last, but not least, we would like to thank you for all of your contributions to WikiTree and let you konw that any ideas or suggestions for improvement you may have for the Global Cemeteries Project would greatly appreciated!
I hope that you and your loved ones are well during these strange times.
I am in the Somerset Cemeteries Team. I am working on the profiles for St George Church in Wilton, Taunton. I will also be working on other cemeteries in Taunton, such as St Mary's Church and St James Church. Can these be added or should I request them in due course?
They cemeteries mentioned can be added whenever you are ready to start working on them! If you are unsure how to set them up, please see Space:How to Categorise Cemeteries, or you can request the category to be created at the Category Request Form.
Thanks for checking in with us, and thank you for all of your contributions to WikiTree!
Welcome back to the Greater London and Middlesex Team, we look forward to working with you again and thank you for all you have done previously.
Sorry for the delay in replying.

I've not heard back from your regarding the England Project check-in. I've sent two messages to you previously. I hope you are ok.
One of the requirements for England Project membership is that you respond to the check-ins. Requirements can be found on the England Project page. I've gone ahead and removed you from the project. We are sorry to see you go but you would be most welcome to rejoin via the G2G sign up post at any time.
