Biography
Langis was born in 1951 in St-Clément, Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada.
Langis graduated a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Université de Moncton in 1974. He accepted a position with the Federal Government upon his graduation and moved to Ottawa, Ontario. Langis married Lise Dubé in 1978 in Ottawa. He retired from the Public Service in 2009.

- My ancestors are from two of the largest families in Quebec, the Gagnon and the Dubé. In addition my Grandfathers both had large families: Joseph Dubé had 19 kids my mother was the youngest, Abraham Gagnon had 9 kids my father was the 8th kid and I am the manager of all the information on all the descendants for both of my grandfathers. My information is maintained by my cousins coming from all the descendants. I have a fairly large number of photographs and interesting documents. which I may be willing to share but much of the information would not be visible for privacy purposes, but could become viewable upon their death.
