I am a descendant of Hugh Mulholland who left Northern Ireland about 1775 with his wife and at least 3 children and went to New England. He is in the 1790 census in New York, and he died in 1795 in Ontario. My branch of the family moved to Michigan about 1880 and then to California about 1907.
Paternal relationship is confirmed by a Family Finder test match between Fred Mulholland Jr (Mulholland-274) and his paternal aunt (not on WikiTree). Their MRCAs are Fletcher Mulholland (Mulholland-276) and Vivian Taggard (Taggard-1), grandparents of Fred Mulholland Jr (Mulholland-274) and parents of Fred Mulholland (Mulholland-275). Predicted relationship from FTDNA: Niece/Aunt, based on sharing 1914 cM across 59 segments.
Maternal relationship confirmed by mtDNA, auDNA and XDNA match with sister; auDNA match with a 1st cousin once removed; auDNA and XDNA with a 2nd cousin, auDNA with a 3rd cousin; and auDNA with numerous 4th cousins. Their tests have been on FamilyTreeDNA, 23and Me and ancestry.com. None of them are on GEDmatch, and none that I know of are on Wikitree.

It appears that all FIVE children were the children of wife Ann. Is there any evidence for Isaac's 2nd marriage? I can't find any. Vic

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.
If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

Please make sure each bit of DNA test information is added to the actual test participant's profile, not someone else's like your own. To make cousin connections, WikiTree needs to see the FamilyTree tab. Check that your Privacy on your profile is set to "Private with Public Family Tree" as a minimum. (Living minors should have an Unlisted privacy level.)
Please set your preferences for your Tags Followed to include DNA and other terms on the (G2G) feed: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Following
As you add your family lines and connect to the big WikiTree, you may find new cousins. Use the Relationship calculator to see if you are related to me, Cooper-1 with http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Relationship
How are you? I'm Shirley, a WikiTree Mentor. Hope you're enjoying our site.
How To Use WikiTree is a good starting point, and the Help Index is an important place to find out how to do most tasks.
If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info. Do you have Royal Ancestors? Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.
And I'm here to help too, just ask!
