Philippe se weduwee verloor die plaas De Soete Inval as gevolg van haar tweede huwelik wat in 'n egskeiding eindig. Isaac de Villiers het die plaas De Soete Inval, Paarl, op 9 Julie 1728 op die vendusie van Elisabeth Prevost gekoop. Sy moes self dan ook die twee plase De Hoop en Artois terugkoop van haar geskeide man. Sy het daarna self op Artois gaan boer. [7]
