Looking for the parents of Elizabeth Costello of Newfoundland

Question

I am searching for the parents of Elizabeth Costello but sadly I know very little about this person. We think she was born in Conception Harbour, Newfoundland around 1940 +-5 years. We know her father was called Jack Costello but he might have actually been John Costello. We know she married  Frank "Francis" Hickey, Frank was born on 22 Jun 1941 in Conception Harbour and died in Ear Falls, Ontario on 15 Dec 2017. I can find no record of their marriage anywhere. I don't know when Elizabeth died but I assume it was in Ear Falls Ontario. I know both Frank and Elizabeth were cremated and their ashes were taken back to Newfoundland. I've gone on the Grand Banks website, which is fantastic, but I don't know enough to be certain that I've found her or her family. Hopefully someone can help but I'm not very hopeful. Ear Falls is in far north of Ontario, it has one road in that is only navigable/ drivable for part of the year

If she died in Ontario, her parents would likely be listed on her death certificate. Ontario death records are open and able to be ordered by anyone, but if you don't know when the death occurred that may complicate it a bit. If you're willing to spend a few bucks you can try to order a search:

On Francis Obit it states she die earlier, also list a brother Simon Hickey.
