She descends from the Rev. John Lathrop, a prominent early Massachusetts minister; this family also goes back into England for several generations. The Lathrop descendency is quite large, and includes many prominent individuals in US history, and a few infamous ones as well. FDR and US Grant on one side, and Benedict Arnold on the other, just to name a few. See this citation and link on Rev John’s profile: Huntington, Elijah Baldwin “Genealogical Memoir of the Lo-Lathrop Family in This Country” : M Huntington; Ridgefield, Connecticut 1884 p 37 [6]
By Lydia’s dates she, or at least some of ancestors, should be in Huntington’s work. I can’t say how much of her descendency will be there, but it is worth taking a look.
Rev. John is also on FamilySearch/Family Tree. His profile is subject to frequent editing. Anything you see there should be used with care and sources verified. Profiles of prominent people there are subject to frequent edits, some good, some not.
The book is available at the Internet Archive (archive.org). As with any published genealogy, the information should be verified with primary sources.
