G2G: Who was Albert Lee Bibb's father

Question

Albert Lee Bibb was supposedly born in Rockbridge County, VA 24 Dec 1880 or 1881 to [[Bibb-512|Fanny Bibb]], apparently unwed. I found an online tree of the Bibb line. There is a source listed for delayed birth certificated but it is at Ancestry, which I cannot access. This is the database: Births, Civil Records Ancestry.com. I am hopeful that someone will look this up for Albert Lee Bibb and tell me the parent names and who supplied the information, if available.
