There is disagreement about the parents of Kimball emigrants and supposed brothers Richard and Henry Kimball/Kemball:

1. The wikitree profiles here as well as the werelate.org profile on Richard Kimball claim that the parents were Henry Kimball and Martha Eyesley. This appears to be based on the 1589 baptism of a daughter Rachel to this couple, with the assumption that they must have had other children, Richard being one  of them.

2. Robert Charles Anderson in Great Migration (IV:157) chooses Richard Kemball and his wife Elizabeth as more likely parents because this Richard Sr. was a wheelwright (as was Richard the emigrant), and the elder's will clearly identifies oldest son Henry and a set of children that match up with emigrant Henry Kemball's family in Massachusetts.

Also, the 10 APril 1595 Rattlesden baptism belongs to someone else entirely; there is no baptism for RIchard Kimball the emigrant (or for Henry his brother) in the Rattlesden parish records. See:

The PGM project chose to follow Anderson's theory.
