G2G: Henry C Allen (1838 - 1905) Civil War veteran of the 106th N.Y.

We need a little collaboration in figuring out what Company he served in?

His Bio brief in the dmna.ny says he was commissioned, not mustered, as a major for the regiment.  Does that imply he is over the companies and not IN a company?

I’ve created free space pages for all ten Companies and will add the field and staff eventually. I don’t think he will fit any of these categories maybe a field and staff at best. Thank you
