There are actually a pair of merges . . . this one and one for his son.  The two target profiles are approved.

But, so is Dennis Gordon who asked for the merge in the first place...he can do the approval, then I can merge.

I'm confused! I thought I approved it when I initiated the merge and asked for help from pre-1500 cert?
