G2G: Mixup of 2 Nicolaas Johannes van Zyls, 1803 or 1815?

Question

I noticed that Nicolaas Johannes van Zyl in my own records had different parents than the one I found on wikitree.

From 1803  Van_Zyl-2283, Tulbagh or Swellendam(?)

From 1815 Van_Zyl-222, Clanwilliam

Then I realised that there are two of them, from 1803 and 1815, who are both listed in Pama & de Villiers with nothing more than their baptism years.  Myself, and many others, would have had to connect up their private family records with either of these two persons. So it is possible that I made the wrong choice, but also that whoever put it in wikitree made the wrong choice.

On neither wikitree page I see clear evidence that binds each Nicolaas Johannes to both his parents and his wife+children (and his death).

Dit is hoogs onwaarskynlik dat Gerbrecht met 'n 15 jarige seun, ses jaar jonger as haarself sou trou. Die twee Nicolase lyk vir my reg gekoppel.

I added the marriage reference to the 1815 profile, where the father is noted. The 1803 profile is included in http://www.moustache.nu/genealogie/parentelen/z-afr-b5/z-afr-b5-frm3.htm . I don't know the sources for the latter, but it is mostly correct.

Albertus verskuif saam met sy jongste broer, Pieter, as veeboere na die noordweste van die Kaapkolonie. Aanvanklik vestig Albertus hom met sy vrou Martha Vivier in die Sandveld, op Brandwagt (tussen Leipoldtville en Lambertsbaai). So tien jaar daarna vertrek hy na Koebee, die vallei tussen die Koebeegeberge en die Bokkeveldberg. Hier was hy een van die leidende veeboerpioniers in de wyk ´Onder-Olifantsrivier´. Van 1739 tot 1753 was hy namens die VOC veldkorporaal. Aan die funksie was onder meer bestuursverpligtings verbonde, hoofsaaklik militêr van aard. Die direkte nageslag van Albertus en Martha vestig in de omgewing van Vanrhynsdorp. Later vertrek een deel van die familie na aangrensende gebiede soos Bo-Olifantsrivier, Boesmanland, Sandveld en Namakwaland
