Hi everyone,
The Jewish Roots Project has a couple mother-figures for Mothers' Week at WikiTree....
* Alice Davis Menken was instrumental in improving the lives of young Jewish women in New York City. She is connected to the main tree; many of her family members are notable and could use more sources and more family members, as well. Her grandfather was noted physician Daniel Peixotto
* Matilda (Rofes) Schuyler, first leader of St Louis Jewish Orphan's Home. Not connected..... looks like a really interesting family, with good records from Lithuania. Please feel free to add to or otherwise improve the space page.
(ps, this post replaces the monthly Jewish Roots Connectors post for May)
