G2G: Question on Thomas Peel (1874-) Father was adopted by a Peel Family

Thomas Peel was the son of Thomas Peel (Born Fox) and Ellen Marsden.

Thomas Peel (The Father) was born Thomas Fox then adopted by the Peel Family - all the children bar Elizabeth Ellen were registered as Peel Fox, though Elizabeth Ellen was baptised as Peel Fox. 

I presume I add Thomas as Thomas Fox alternative name Peel. He died and was buried as Peel Fox..I know very little about Thomas Peel (born Fox )'s Birth Family only that they were Ambrose and Isabel nee Hatch (I'm still researching them) but can I connect him to his adoptive Parents?

Good shout for the death record, I had presumed she died as Ellen Peel but since when she was married her husband used Thomas Peel Fox that makes sense Think I'll add Thomas as Thomas Fox (Birth Name) Peel Fox (Present / death name)  and Peel as an aka I don't think he knew what name he should use..I've Found some more information on the Biological Father Ambrose married twice. I don't think any of the other children were adopted out (though maybe Sarah unless she died Young)
